Reading a RERA page before you book

Before any site visit, we read the project's RERA page. It takes two minutes and saves months.

Check the registration validity and completion date first, then the litigation tab, the quarterly progress updates, and the promoter's other projects.

If the updates are stale or the completion date keeps slipping, that's your answer. Honest projects keep an honest record.

None of this replaces legal diligence, but it tells you fast whether a project deserves a deeper look.
