    Shortlist

    We come back with a tight, data-backed shortlist: rates, rental yield, RERA status and the honest trade-offs of each option.

    Site visits

    We walk the options with you, on your schedule, and pressure-test each against your brief — including the ones we'd quietly rule out.

    Diligence

    Title, approvals, OC, society dues, encumbrances. We verify before you commit, not after.

    Negotiation

    We negotiate on your number, not the seller's. Our fee never depends on you paying more.
